Pre-fabricated waterproofing membrane made of distilled bitumen and elasto-plastic polymers (APP), reinforced with a woven non woven single strand composite polyester and rot proof fibre glass mat, which give the product very high mechanical characteristics and excellent dimensional stability. The fibre glass mat which is positioned in proximity of the surface guarantees a longer durability of the waterproofing sheet as well as enhancing the adhesion of coatings after application.
Prefabricated modified polymer bitumen membrane composed of polyolefin
thermoplastic stereospecific polymers with high molecular weight and special
distilled bitumens, with excellent characteristics of resistance to ageing and
phase inversion (type APP), already attested by the Technical Certificate of
suitability n° 630/04 issued by the ITC.
These built in elements, integrating themselves, enhance the excellent qualities
of flexibility, lightness, adhesion, resistance to ageing and to UV rays of the
PRATIKO P+V membrane.
ANTI ROOT VERSION
On request a PRATIKO P+V VIADUCT ANTI ROOT version is available for green
roof applications. The compound has a special chemical additive (PREVENTOL
B2 BAYER) which provides the membrane with high resistance to root
penetration, aggressive chemical agents such as fertilizers, weedkillers, etc. The
anti root resistance of the product does not harm the health or life of the plants.
The anti root additive does not wash out with water, and remain permanently
active.
FIRE RESISTANT VERSION
The FIRE RESISTANT version is manufactured with special inorganic non toxic
fire retardant additives which confer to the product a fire resistance which
conforms to the European directives in this field.

Prefabricated modified composite polymer-bitumen waterproofing membrane, manufactured with patented technology, composed of distilled bitumen and differentiated waterproofing masses. The upper face compound is composed of distilled bitumen, polyolefins and elasto-plastomers (APP) while the lower face compound is composed of distilled bitumen and elastomeric polymers (SBS). A special compound, specifically designed, is used to promote the compatibility between the APP and SBS. The upper face waterproofing mass has excellent ageing properties, walkability, cold flexibility heat and UV resistance, while the lower face waterproofing mass has excellent cold flexibility and adhesion to the substrates. The P and PA versions are reinforced with a triple reinforced fabric composed of a fiberglass mat sandwiched in between two layers of woven non woven single strand composite polyester, having excellent mechanical characteritics and exceptional dimensional stability. The P version, on the upper face, has a woven non woven polypropylene mat finish. The PA version is self-protected with mineral slates which reduce heat absorption and improve the durability of the membrane. PLURA HP TRIARMATO has a 10 cm side selvedge and a 15 cm head selvedge which promotes the adhesion between the sheets.
