In the United Arab Emirates, waterproofing membranes bearing the Pluvitec brand are circulating which do not originate from Italy and have not been supplied through the manufacturer’s official channels.

We wish to clarify the following:

1. The Pluvitec brand is owned by Matco Srl, based in Italy, which is the sole authorized and certified manufacturer.
2. Pluvitec products are sold exclusively from Italy. Each genuine product includes a control tag, and authenticity can be verified by writing to info@matco.it or by contacting the Italian headquarters directly.
3. Matco Srl has no current distribution agreements or commercial collaborations in the United Arab Emirates.
4. The last direct sale of Pluvitec products from Italy to this region occurred in September 2020.
5. The website advanceduae.com is not authorized by Matco Srl to distribute, promote, or represent Pluvitec products in any way.
6. All content, images, trademarks, technical descriptions, and product data sheets on advanceduae.com related to Pluvitec are used without permission and violate intellectual property rights.

Any product bearing the Pluvitec name that does not come directly from Matco Srl or its official channels must be considered counterfeit and non-compliant.
